2 Years Warranty

All watches on this site are guaranteed for 2 year from the date of purchase under the following conditions.

The warranty only covers manufacturing or material defects on the watch except the following cases:

• Damages or failure of the watch after the terms of warranty.
• Damages, or failure caused by improper use or carelessness.
• Damages or failure caused by unauthorized repair.
• Damages to crystal, crown, strap or buckle.
• Ageing of the watch such as change of the color on watchband and the peeling of plating.
• Battery for quartz watches.

Please keep your confirmation email or warranty card to certificate as a purchase proof and send us email with your personal information and description of the issue at hand.
