30-Day Return/Exchange Service

We are happy to offer a free return and exchange for all orders placed on mavenwatches.com. All orders have 30 days of return/exchange window. Please note that the expedited shipping charges and engraving orders are non-refundable.

We're happy to accept returns or exchanges on unworn watches in their original condition (must keep the original watch box, no wrinkle on the leather strap, tamper-evident label and the shipping materials that your order came in.) We will also bear the return shipping cost (a maximum of $10 USD) for every eligible return/exchange request. Learn more.
