We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges for orders placed on lobor.com within a 30-day return/exchange window. Orders are eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable restocking fee of $10. Please note that standard or expedited shipping fees, as well as customized orders, are non-refundable.

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, including the original watch box, unworn leather straps (without wrinkles), the tamper-evident label, and the original shipping materials.

Customers must return their orders to one of the designated warehouses listed below at their own expense. The exact address will be provided upon submission of a return request.

How to make a return or exchange request?

  1. Email us at sales@lobor.com with your order number.
  2. Our customer support will send you the return instruction within 48 hours.
  3. Return the order with your choice of carrier. Simply use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package.
  4. Provide us with the tracking number when you return it.
  5. A full refund minus a non-refundable restocking fee of $10 will be refunded to the original form of payment.

    Return to warehouse in Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, France.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please note that each order can only be exchanged once with free cost.
