Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer a free return and exchange for all orders placed at lobor.com. All orders have 30 days of return/exchange window. Expedited shipping charges and engraving orders are non-refundable.
We're happy to accept returns on unworn watches in their original condition (must keep the original watch box, no wrinkle on the leather straps, tamper-evident label and the shipping materials that your order came in.) We will also bear the return shipping cost*.
How to make a return or exchange request?
- Email us at sales@lobor.com with your order number.
- Our customer support will send you the return instruction within 24 hours.
- Return the order with your choice of carrier. Simply use the same shipping materials that your order came in. Remove any previous labels and securely tape the new shipping label onto your package.
- Provide us with the tracking number when you return it.
- A maximum of $10 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) return shipping cost will be reimbursed to you once the order is qualified for the return/exchange. Customer needs to provide their PayPal address and receipt of the shipping expense for the reimbursement. Only PayPal is available for the reimbursement of return shipping cost.
- A full amount of the order will be refunded to the original form of payment.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please note that each order can only be exchanged once with free cost.
