Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.
Although standard shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. You can check the countries we listed for free duty and tax free in next tab.
We only cover duties and taxes for shipments to some countries listed in below. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. If your countries are not in the list below, you maybe responsible to pay duty and tax fees to government when picking up your order. You can also send us email to ask if if your countries are in the list or not.

For other countries, please check your local regulations as these charges are at the customers own expense. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
Standard free shipping usually takes 7-14 days. For Hong Kong orders, it usually takes 1-2 days for the delivery. If your order is urgent, we suggest you upgrade to express delivery with an additional cost. You will be able to see the additional cost at the payment page.
LOBOR watches are mainly embedded with Japanese movement or Seagull movement.
Leather watchbands – We do not recommend you to wash the leather wristband. Exposure to water can dry the leather and possibly cause damage to the wristband. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may have cleaning products specifically designed for leather.
Mesh watchbands - After removing the watch face from the wristband, gently scrub the mesh strap with a mix of water and just a little bit of detergent using a toothbrush or similar item to get in-between the spaces of your band.
The water resistance of a LOBOR timepiece is 3ATM, which means it is rain/splash resistant but should not be exposed directly to water.
We recommend taking off your watch before showering, bathing, swimming, or engaging in any activity that may involve prolonged exposure to water.
Kindly note that water damaged is not covered under our 24-month warranty.
Returns & Exchange
We want every customer satisfies their order. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price items within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on pre-ordered or discounted items, except we've made a mistake.
Return parcels must be sent to Hong Kong. A flat rate of $20 will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

Warranty & Repair
Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Lobor Watches. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
The warranty for a Lobor timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by sending an email request to receive the further help. We are very happy to help you fix it as soon as possible.
Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 4 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved.
If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Kindly note, our warranty does not cover:
1. Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
3. Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
4. Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
5. Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
Lobor does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.
